Equality

Equality is a word that has been used heavily in the media and in D.C.  People are screaming for equality in rights, work, and for their health.  This is a touchy subject for some, for me I have a different train of thought.       People should not be discriminated against for the color of their skin, their beliefs or even sexual orientation.  I also do not think that people should be targeted for their beliefs or used as examples.  One of the greatest wrongs we do is to judge others.      Governments and people spend a lot of time telling people what they should and should be doing in this world and country.  Rules are a necessity in a civilized society.  The problem is using those rules to force people to think a certain way.  This is a fine line in government and the way our country is ran.      The basics are this, do right by your fellow man and he should do right by you. ...

I am not always the most informed person. I make mistakes and speak out of turn.  This is something that I do not do on purpose.  It is important to me to always be polite and know my place when speaking to people.   While scrolling through my news feed I am always seeing statements and comments that really make me take a second look.        As adults I find it shocking that some people will continually do whatever they want to put others down.  I am not talking about politics, that is always going to be a bad situation.  What I am talking about is putting down each other, kids, neighbors or even loved ones.      There are plenty of times in our lives when we come across negativity, inappropriate behavior and people doing wrong.  There are times when it is us that is involved in the whole mess.  What I would hope is that people realize is that being hateful to others for no real reason, is not a ...
