Here are some of my random thoughts for the week. Please enjoy. Food for Thought: I still like food battered and deep fried. Food is about portion control first, and what you put into your mouth second. Make your plate colorful and then go outside and walk around the yard and do something. It's good for your digestion. I am not about all the Gluten Free stuff. It might help some people, seems like another addition to a long list of fads. There is a long list of those we will go over in a future blog. :-) Meat - Beef, Chicken, Fish & Pork are important parts of a balanced diet. Beef DOES NOT Cause cancer and more people need to really educate themselves and not trust certain sites. Oddly enough, Colleges like Texas A&M, Texas Tech, and even Oklahoma State do real studies about these affects and show real results. Protein is good for you! I work during the day.
