Karma

     Websters Dictionary defines Karma as: the force created by a person's actions that some people believe causes good or bad things to happen to that person. 

     This belief goes back to Hinduism and Buddhism in its origins.  How one lives their life now will determine how they will be in the their next life.  In my next life I want a lot of what I have now, just with more MONEY! :-)  

     I believe that if you are still under the assumption that POTUS and the current administration still has your best interest in this country, you need to un-friend me on Facebook, delete my number out of your phone, and go ahead and deport yourself to the nearest communist country (which is Cuba I believe.)  

     Lets just say that when you have a POTUS that wants to only use his personal reporters and photographers a majority of a time (not independents), there is something wrong with our government.  

There is something wrong when we have the following: 
  •      One party plans, organizes and launches a program that takes control of 1/6th of the economy, and then screams foul when those that said no to begin with, did not help. 
  •      One party, on a routine basis, says and takes actions that contradict all their previous actions and statements in years past.
  •      The country has maintained high unemployment, people make less money, and the party not in power continually gets the blamed after 5 years. 
  •      The party in power works to limit the voice and actions of those that are not in control.
     
     In the day and age of complications that we all have and see, maybe we should be living by a philosophy of, less is more.  We need to teach our children this lesson and even learn it ourselves.  As a country we need to take back what is right. 

     Throughout time, it has been proven that you can not tax yourself into a better life.  You have to pay your bills, work hard and spend what you can afford.  Keeping up with the Jones' is not only wrong, its devastating to many families. 

     It is time that we take back our country.  If the party in charge wants to do everything their way, then they need to be very careful.  Karma sometimes has a way of coming back and biting people on the ass!  The old saying, be careful for what you wish for, you just might get it.

     I started this post the other day and it was titled something else and decided to change it since people never cease to amaze me. I know a lot of people. Clean your Windshield

It’s that time of year where people will have the “new year, new me” phrase going strong. For many that will last about 2-3 weeks.  For others they will last well into mid-year. I am of the philosophy that you should make changes immediately in life. If you need to start eating healthier then go to the cupboard and fridge and throw out all unhealthy food. If you are going to stop drinking, throw out all your booze. (Rest a sure this will not happen in my house.) If you are going to start working harder on your livestock, turn off your phones and get to the barn. If you are going to sit back and re-evaluate your life while planning for new adventures, sit down and make a list. Every one of these goals requires you to clean your windshield to see what is ahead of you.  As we go down the highway of life we have a big broad windshield in front of us. It is Just a Show

  In the beginning I was not a watcher or a fan. There was a lot of talk. Chatter online. Then I decided to tune and check out all the hype. There is cattle, ranching, horses, politics, drama, and suspense. This show was a creation from the mind of a very creative horse jockey. The story is well written, the acting is superb, and the raw attitude is what brings people back each week. This show hits an audience that is hungry for real talk, real action, and real results. The bad part is it is all fiction.  The show is full of wrong information. Actions that make no sense. Calves do not jump up and start running immediately after being born. Most cattle ranches don’t take their hands and shoot them off a cliff if their employment has ended. They don’t brand their workers for show of loyalty.
